
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless specifically requested directly with us to use a different method. Please call us should you require special handling such as overnight delivery. Orders usually arrive within 3 business days. We request your e-mail address to provide you the delivery confirmation number and when you can expect your shipment.
ANNA’S accepts orders worldwide but we reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or are known for high fraud rates. All customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver and a refund will not be given if the package is refused. International shipments will be calculated after your order is placed. We will e-mail you with the total amount and an invoice for the amount due.
Guarantee Policy
All of our products come with a complete customer guarantee. If there is a defect that has slipped through our extensive quality control measures, we would be glad to exchange the item or if you prefer we will give you a refund at your discretion. We stand by our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Return Policy
We want to ensure every purchase meets you high standard of quality and performance and will do everything we can do to make shopping at ANNA’S the place where you return time after time. If though, you are not satisfied with your purchases* we will gladly return your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Simply return the items in the same condition as received within 10 days of receipt. Please follow these instructions for faster service:

2. Package item securely. State the reason for return on the invoice inside the package
3. Mail to address shown on invoice
4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card used for purchase for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable

*Items not eligible for return are opened items such as diapers or the Soothie Pacifier. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Minimum Order
Minimum opening orders are $200.00 - reorders $100.00. We do not have restrictions on quantity or style quantities.
